  • Right-click on the RSS Advantage news ticker bar.
  • Select Help > "Submit Feedback & Support"
  • Enter your request
  • Click on the "Send" button.

However, if you would like a response to your contact request, please supply them.
Please do not use a Yahoo! or Hotmail address - you are not guaranteed to receive our response. We have have numerous problems in the past trying to reply to requests with people using free email addresses.
